The 8th Asian Control Conference (ASCC 2011) will be held on May 15-18, 2011 at The Splendor Kaohsiung. Kaohsiung is the 2nd largest city and the largest port in Taiwan. The city can be reached by international flights within Asia.
The theme of ASCC 2011 is “Chances and challenges of emerging control applications.”
ASCC is a major international conference sponsored by Asian Control Association. ASCC 2011 will be an excellent opportunity for automatic control researchers and engineers from academia and industries to exchange their research results and new findings.
The history of ASCC dates back to 1994 when the first ASCC was held in Tokyo. The subsequent conferences then were held in Seoul (1997), Shanghai (2000), Singapore (2002), Melbourne (2004), Bali (2006) and Hong Kong(2009). All of them had hundreds of participants coming from around the world. The ACA wishes a successful ASCC 2011 in Taiwan.
All submissions will be reviewed and those accepted will be included in the conference proceedings. The proceedings of ASCC 2011 will be included in IEEE Xplore®.
